Mario has over 15 years of experience in leading high-performing organizations and a proven track record of driving P&L, sales, R&D, and new product introduction (NPI).
In his career, Mario has successfully closed multiple M&A projects and has grown organizations significantly, such as scaling a team to almost 100 employees while managing over 15 advanced NPI/NTI programs annually.
